• ingredients for about 12 naan
  • 125g sourdough starter
  • 150g milk
  • 60g yogurt
  • 15g olive oil
  • 7g salt
  • 300g flour
• ingredients for 9
  • 90g starter
  • 110g milk
  • 45g yogurt
  • 12g olive oil
  • 5g salt
  • 225g flour
• instructions
  • mix the ingredients
  • let sit for a while for the flour to hydrate, hour, two hours
  • mix some more until everything looks pretty well incorporated
  • in the evening place in the fridge
  • the next morning take out
  • I try to make 12 from this amount
    • cut the dough in half
    • then once again
    • now each quarter into 3 similarly sized pieces
  • roll into a ball between your palms
  • flour both sides
  • roll flat
  • fry on one side until done, then flip
